We process orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Our standard delivery times across Pakistan are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays, mega sales, or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Payment Methods

To ensure maximum convenience and trust, we offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier in cash only when your parcel is physically handed over to you.

  • Advance Payments: We also accept payments via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Direct Bank Transfer. Contact our WhatsApp support team if you wish to pay in advance.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your address and size. Orders will not be dispatched until they are confirmed.

  • As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner (Trax/Leopards/TCS), you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Open Parcel Policy

  • Please note that our courier partners do not allow opening the parcel before making the payment. This is a standard policy enforced by all courier companies in Pakistan.

  • If you face any issues with the size, color, or design after paying and opening the parcel, you can easily claim an exchange under our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy by contacting our WhatsApp support.
